Twelve clients a year. All introduced.

This page exists for the small number of people who make those introductions.

What this is

I train founders and operators. Advisors advise. Coaches coach. I train.

The practice is small by design. Twelve clients a year. Not thirteen. When someone takes a seat, someone else waits.

People find me last. Not because I am hard to find. Because they had to try everyone else first. Which means the ones who reach me almost always come through someone they trust.

You are here because I think you might be one of those someones. Or someone you sent this to thought so.

Who a seat is for

Not everyone you know. One or two, maybe.

  1. A founder or operator running something real. The constraint they feel is not strategy. It is themselves.
  2. Someone who has already tried the obvious answers. The masterminds. The executive coach. The retreat. It helped, then it didn't.
  3. Someone who would pay for privacy, because their name in a testimonial costs them more than the fee.
  4. Not: a coach building a practice, someone looking for motivation, anyone who wants a program they can browse. I train operators. That is all I train.

The privacy condition. No logos. No testimonials. No case studies with names on them. The people I train are not listed anywhere, and they never will be. What happens inside the engagement stays inside it. This applies to your referral the moment you make it. The introduction happens once, privately, and after that it does not exist.

How partners are taken care of

When someone you introduce takes a seat, you are taken care of. Properly. I do not put numbers on a page. Terms are discussed live, on a call with me, before you send anyone. That call takes ten minutes and you will not need a second one.

What I will say here: it is real, it is paid on results, and it is worth the call.

The ask. One name.

If a founder or operator came to mind while you read this, reply to the message that brought you here with their name. I take it from there. If the fit is wrong, I say so and tell you why. Your name stays out of it either way.

No obligations. No partner kits. No portals. Just one name and a private conversation.

One question before you close this

If the operator you thought of is still carrying the same constraint a year from now, still compensating for it. Would they wish someone had made the introduction?

They would. And they do not know this page exists. Now you do.
